Beacon Hill Bakery makes the finest Polish pastries in the world and has the mission to elevate the perception of Polish cuisine in New England. Our executive chef and owner trained at El Celler de Can Roca (twice named World's Best Restaurant). We obsess about making the best pastries possible: we use the best techniques (cold fermentation for example), finest ingredients, and push our dough to its breaking point. Our pastries are heavy in spice, and at times quite hot (our gingerbread cookies in particular). We would bring several to the festival:

Big Rich's Gourmet Hot Sauce & Marinade is a family-owned business from North Reading, offering a variety of hot sauces and marinades. From Original Tomato to Raspberry Habanero and Spicy Sesame Teriyaki, each batch is crafted for bold, authentic flavor.

We are a woman owned artisanal sea salt company located in Rockport, on Cape Ann, Massachusetts. All our salts are solar dried right here on Cape Ann, we never use fossil fuels to evaporate our hand harvested sea water and we never add preservatives or artificial ingredients. With pure ocean water, a little patience, gentle ocean breezes and a good dose of sunshine we produce a beautiful finishing salt that will enhance any food you use it on. In addition to our “Pure” salt we also have unique flavorful blends to choose from. Whenever possible we source our spices and herbs from local farms. We will be sampling and selling spicy salts at Spicetoberfest. We use ingredients from Driftwood Farm and Twin Birch Farm

Che! Empanada brings authentic Argentine flavors with artisan empanadas. At the festival, they’ll feature spicy chicken and meat empanadas, made with ingredients sourced from local Worcester-area farms.

Cini Coffee was founded in 2019 by Nefisa Siraj, an Ethiopian Immigrant, and sells bags of delicately roasted original Ethiopian Coffee to customers through its online website and various Farmers Markets. Our coffee comes directly from agricultural farms in Ethiopia and our specialized team is able to identify the quality of a coffee type from raw green beans to a cup by utilizing their highly trained senses. Currently, you can find us at Boston and Cambridge Farmers Markets or connect through our website at www.cinicoffee.net. At the festival they will feature fresh roasted Ethiopian coffee, lemon pound cake, hot cider, and baklava.

Catching Faith Catering is a husband-and-wife-owned culinary company founded by Chef Sanders and Tyreese Nicolas, bringing together a passion for exceptional food, hospitality, family, and faith. We believe every meal is an opportunity to bring people together. Led by Chef Sanders Nicolas, a chef with more than 15 years of culinary experience, Catching Faith combines diverse culinary influences with creativity, quality, and heartfelt hospitality. Cinsational Dining is a private chef experience offering fine dining in a bowl — Caribbean cuisine with an elegant Italian twist. Featured on Married at First Sight (Lifetime), Chef Cin creates unforgettable, flavor-forward meals perfect for special occasions or as a unique dining gift.

Craic Sauce is a locally made, small-batch brand. They grow their own peppers with Mill City Grows and source all their ingredients locally. Using fermentation, they create bold, rich flavors in every bottle, supporting local businesses.

We would love to tell you that Frios was made by elves, fairies, or Oompa Loompas because there is so much magic in these frozen treats on a stick (Serious, serious amounts of magic but nothing illegal). Frios pops are made with REAL ingredients- no science experiments here. Frios started in a tiny garage years ago, trying to escape the doldrums of life. We continue to try to escape the ordinary monotony by employing humans who try to live magically every day. Natural Fruttiberri, a women-owned business, started as an ice cream shop and now offers smoothies, chai, soups, and Indian desserts. At this festival, they’ll feature products from Dicks Farmers (Aaron) and Thatcher Farm for dairy items.

Rum + Crumbs Bakery is a specialty 21+ dessert bakery based in Everett, Massachusetts, serving the Greater Boston area. We put a sophisticated, cocktail-inspired twist on classic cupcakes by creating handcrafted boozy desserts infused with premium spirits and bold, complementary flavors. Our menu features elevated favorites such as bourbon caramel, rum espresso, tropical rum, and other seasonal creations. Perfect for festivals, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions, Rum + Crumbs brings together great desserts, great drinks, and a little grown-up fun—because Happy Hour Just Got Sweeter. Featured at Spicetoberfest: Rum + Crumbs Bakery will be serving and selling our signature 21+ alcohol-infused gourmet cupcakes. Our festival menu will feature a selection of handcrafted cupcakes inspired by cocktails and premium spirits, including flavors featuring rum, bourbon, espresso, caramel, tropical fruits, and seasonal ingredients. We may feature warm Caribbean-inspired spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice in select cupcake flavors. We are committed to incorporating locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and will source at least 30% of applicable ingredients from local Massachusetts/New England farms and producers.

Shreddatchicken is a Thai food business serving authentic Thai street food . We will be serving authentic Thai food and beverages, including Som Tum (Thai Papaya Salad), Shredded Chicken Noodles with Crispy Pork, Mango Sticky Rice, and Thai Iced Tea. Our spicy offering will be Som Tum, which can be prepared with a spicy Thai-style dressing.

We cater for events, We process a different kind of hot/pepper sauce. We be sampling all three different types of peppers and offer: Pepper/Hot Sauce; Oil Pepper, and Powdered Pepper . We will be selling; Grilled Beef Brisket (Suya) Grilled Pork Ribs, Grilled Chicken Whole Wings, Jollof Rice and Fried Sweet Plantains.

We will sell Wahala Spices packaged dry spice blends, including our Suya Blend and Pepper Blend, and offer small no-cook samples so festival attendees can experience the flavors before purchasing. The Suya Blend is smoky, nutty, savory and mildly spicy and contains peanuts. The Pepper Blend delivers more immediate savory heat and contains no peanut ingredients. We will not be cooking or using open flame on site. Samples will be served using a simple tasting format approved by the event organizer and City of Boston health requirements. Our blends are made in Nigeria using ingredients sourced in Nigeria.
